The Call to Lead FALL Retreat

Sept 16-18, 2026 | Glynwood Center, Cold Springs, NY

Hosted by

an exclusive gathering for leaders seeking change

Join a select group of senior leaders and change agents for a 2-night retreat at Glynwood Center, in the Cold Springs, NY. This immersive experience blends strategic reflection, human connection, and regenerative rest to help you step confidently into what’s next.

Why?

You are looking for a new path.
What worked in the past is no longer enabling you or your team to thrive.

You’ve been hit by a truth you can’t unsee.
Whether it came quietly, or all at once, the message was clear. It’s time to change.

The world can’t wait for you any longer.
Systems are straining, stakes are rising, colleagues are looking to you for solutions, and the moment needs you. Now.

Wonderful pace, fantastic facilitation and perfect vibes.

Who Should Attend

Transformation owners running into walls they can't muscle through alone.

Senior Leaders grappling with strategic whiplash.

You thrive in ambiguity, but the pace of change is outrunning your ability to think clearly about what comes next.

Past participants include:

You know the system needs to change. You have the authority. But obstructionism, politics, and organizational inertia are eating your momentum alive.
Your team is looking to you for answers. But you haven't given yourself the space to sharpen the conviction behind them.
Until now.

“On the first day it became clear that this was a good choice – to venture out and do something I’ve not done before. The way the retreat was structured, everyone came in with a vulnerability to share whereas other retreats make you feel like you still have to wear a mask.”
